En relation avec l'article dans l'email subjected ci-dessus, j'aimerais te demander une opinion sur les "Out-of-the-Body Experiences", À savoir si elles sont une possible opportunité pour contacter les ETs. (ou être contacté par eux.) (Je suis très intéressé dans les OBEs et je les pratique quotidiennement, avec succès).

En ce qui concerne le OBEs, j'ai traduit un excellent livre (UN LIVRE REMARQUABLE QUE JE TE RECOMMANDE VIVEMENT!) de William Buhlman "Adventures Beyond the Body" sur le sujet il y a quelques années et bien que l'auteur (qui a plus de 20 ans d'expérience sur le sujet) y raconte avoir rencontré sur les plans supérieures des êtres éthériques fort évolués, il ne mentionne pas nommément de rencontres avec des extraterrestres.

Je suis curieux de savoir si tu as tenté de monter à leur rencontre et comment se passent tes sorties. Pour ma part, il y a environ 25 ans j'ai vu durant un rêve lucide un vaisseau de nos frères de l'espace à une bonne hauteur au-dessus d'un champ où je me trouvais (dans le rêve) et j'ai alors exprimé la volonté d'entrer en communion avec eux. L'expérience du fusion absolue avec le Tout Universel qui en a résulté est encore toute fraîche à ma mémoire et a été un des fondements de ma transformation et de mon éveil. Je me suis senti simultanément partout et nulle part à la fois, mais aussi je percevais exactememnt la position de mon corps couché dans le lit sans toutefois pouvoir remuer un seul doigt - une sensation de totale paralysie qui m'a rapidement ramené dans mon corps à la suite de quoi je me suis assis en sursaut dans le lit tout hébété de ce qui venait de se produire.

Entrée du journal, le 7 décembre 1992
J'entre dans l'état vibratoire habituel et flotte à environ soixante centimètres au-dessus de mon corps. Déterminé à me retrouver dans mon corps vibratoire plus subtil, je lance à voix haute : « Je suis dans mon corps d'énergie supérieure. » Après une brève sensation de mouvement, je flotte maintenant dans une forme différente. Je me sens calme et revivifié et perçois une énergie interne plus paisible. Je sais que je suis passé à mon corps d'énergie supérieure. Mais je me sens déphasé et ma vue est floue. Je demande donc la pleine lucidité : « Clarté, maintenant! »
Immédiatement, mes pensées deviennent claires. Je me sens extrêmement léger et débordant d'énergie. À cet instant, mon but me vient tout d'un coup à l'esprit : « Je désire visiter un autre système. » Instantanément, je me déplace à une vitesse incroyable à travers un vide obscur. Je suis d'abord sidéré par l'extrême vitesse du mouvement, mais rapidement je me détends et m'adapte à ces nouvelles sensations. Au bout de quelques secondes, je flotte dans l'espace. Je cherche à voir de quoi j'ai l'air et constate qu'il y a peu de choses à voir : je n'ai ni bras ni jambes dans cette forme; je suis comme une sphère d'énergie consciente. Pour une raison qui m'échappe, ça ne me surprend nullement - il me semble tout à fait naturel que bras et jambes soient inutiles dans l'état où je me trouve en ce moment. Je pivote lentement sur moi-même et porte mon attention sur le splendide spectacle qui m'entoure. Dans l'émerveillement le plus complet, je contemple des choses dont je n'avais même jamais imaginé l'existence auparavant. Des milliers d'amas de lumières constellent la voûte céleste partout à la ronde, comme autant de lumières de Noël accrochées dans le ciel. J'ai l'impression de flotter dans un océan de lumières.
Mon attention est attirée par quelque chose que je n'ai jamais vu auparavant : une forme nébuleuse semblable à un brouillard est nettement visible. La forme s'étend aussi loin qu'il m'est possible de voir. Elle ressemble à un immense rideau de brouillard dense sauf qu'elle paraît stable, suspendue en permanence dans l'espace. Je demande la clarté et me retrouve en train de flotter à différents points d'observation avantageux, chacun à plusieurs kilomètres de la forme brumeuse. À présent, je la vois plus clairement. C'est plus immense que mon esprit n'arrive à le saisir, s'étirant à travers les cieux comme une frontière sans fin.
Soudain, je sens l'énergie vibratoire de quelqu'un tout près de moi, une intense radiation sans forme ni substance. Je suis instantanément conscient d'une communication, comme une série d'images très nettes apparaissant dans mon esprit. Ce qui suit est un peu décousu mais c'est ce qui se rapproche le plus de ce qu'il est possible d'expliquer avec des mots pour rendre le sens profond des images reçues.
« C'est beau, n'est-ce pas? »
Je me retourne pour voir qui c'est. Ma conscience est aveuglée par l'intensité de la lumière. Je commence à reculer et à me protéger de cette énergie insoutenable. L'entité continue à communiquer avec mon esprit.
« Je vais ajuster cela. »
La radiation diminue immédiatement d'intensité. Je ne peux percevoir une forme, mais seulement une lumière.
« Je n'ai pas de forme tel que vous l'entendez. La forme est inutile. Il n'y en a pas beaucoup de votre espèce qui s'aventurent aussi loin vers l'intérieur. »
Je suis incapable de répondre - mon esprit est au comble de la stupéfaction et je ne sais par où débuter. L'être d'énergie doit sentir mon dilemme car il commence à répondre.
« Ce que tu vois devant toi est une des nombreuses merveilles de l'univers. Le brouillard infini que tu vois n'est qu'une des nombreuses membranes intérieures séparant les différentes fréquences de l'univers. Ce que tu vois est la structure interne de l'univers. Les étoiles et les galaxies que tu vois au loin ne sont que la couche extérieure de l'univers. La clé d'une véritable exploration est le mouvement à travers les membranes d'énergie. À mesure que tu pénètres profondément vers l'intérieur, vers la source, ta fréquence interne d'énergie doit se transformer en conséquence. Tu ne peux traverser que les seules barrières d'énergie dont la fréquence s'harmonise avec celle de ta lumière intérieure. Ce que tu vois devant toi est la clé de la stabilité et de la structure dans l'ensemble de l'univers.
Je suis tout à fait étonné de la clarté des images affluant en mon esprit. Cet être semble connaître automatiquement mes pensées.
« Toute énergie consciente, toute âme, vit au sein de la fréquence qui est en phase avec sa fréquence vibratoire personnelle. La membrane que tu vois sépare une longueur d'ondes d'énergie d'une autre. »
Tandis que je regarde tout cela, aucune réponse adéquate ne me vient à l'esprit. Je ne me sens pas à la hauteur de la situation, comme un enfant recevant un cours de calcul avancé. L'être d'énergie répond à nouveau à mes pensées.
« Tu es prêt, sinon tu ne serais pas ici. Nous sommes tous là où nous devons être. J'ai jadis été comme toi et tu seras un jour somme moi; nous faisons tous ensemble le même grand voyage. Ta perception de moi est inexacte. Je ne suis qu'un enfant comparé aux autres êtres vivant dans l'univers. Les possibilités d'évolution de la conscience sont illimitées. Mon identité est sans importance et les étiquettes sont superflues. Souviens-toi bien de ce que tu vois, car la reconnaissance et l'exploration des membranes d'énergie aura un impact fort important sur l'évolution de ton espèce. »
Je suis quelque peu déconcerté par la rapidité avec laquelle l'information afflue en ma conscience et demande un éclaircissement.
« Je ne comprends pas à quoi servent les membranes d'énergie? »
« Elles séparent simplement les unes des autres différentes fréquences d'énergie. Tu observes en ce moment le point de convergence de deux dimensions différentes. Les membranes d'énergie offrent l'infrastructure nécessaire à l'existence de chaque dimension. Elles sont les parois cellulaires internes de l'univers vivant. »
« Mon Dieu, mais c'est incroyable! »

Je réintègre assez brusquement mon corps physique. Je suis tout d'abord déphasé et incapable de bouger. Au bout d'environ vingt secondes, je sens mes sensations physiques revenir peu à peu.

The Out-of-Body-Experience is something that must be experienced first hand to be truly believed. We can climb one mountain and from it know, in a small but significant way, what it must be like to conquer Denali, K2, or Everest. We can watch a documentary or read a book and get a "feel" for what such an adventure is like. It's not so for OBEs. You gotta be there. BUT... if there is one book that brings you right to the threshold of this experience its this one. William Buhlman recounts his own countless explorations in minute detail from his first attempt to leave this plain. His last in the trilogy, Ultimate Journey provides to humankind a completely Different Overview. If this Overview is accepted, this book will be provided a place in history as a revolutionary piece. His wit, objectivity, and scientific approach adds to his credibility, and further makes the book exciting and enjoyable. The only fault that I found with this book, is the personal techniques that he gives for inducing conscious projection of the astral body are too vague, and provide too little information for one who desires to experience this phenomenon for themselves. Altogether though, this is a good book, and provides much information that is useful to "newbies" and veteran astral travellers alike.

A true classic, written in a very plain and straightforward manner, this book sheds a huge light on the subject of out of body experiences. Mr. Monroe gives a surprisingly objective look to what has become an extremely subjective topic. Especially notable are the detailed descriptions of the entire process of leaving the body, and the locations to which he traveled, feelings, thoughts, etc. A great book even for the most skeptic people out there. I would recommend it 100%.

No religious overtones, he does a pretty good job of not associating the subject with any stereotype ( cult, new-age, religous). It was the first book I read on the subject and is one I go back to often. After reading 15+ books on the subject I found it to the most informative on the experince itself. --This text refers to the paperback edition of this title.

Can out-of-body experiences be proved?
Out-of-body experiences can be proved only by the participant. The ivory-tower conclusions held by many researchers are completely archaic and meaningless in the light of a single personal experience. Many people desperately attempt to fit this unique state of consciousness into their accepted model of reality. For example, several scholars have concluded that out-of-body experiences are actually lucid dreams; their conclusions conveniently fit their traditional concepts of the mind.

What does it feel like to separate from your physical body?
Many people report a high-energy vibrational feeling and temporary physical paralysis during separation; this is often accompanied by an intense buzzing, humming, or roaring sound. These sounds and sensations normally dissipate after separation is complete.

The environment perceived depends upon the vibrational frequency (density) of the participant. Many people report a physical-like environment. This environment does not necessarily correspond to their immediate physical environment.

What will my "new" body look like?
Most people report a higher-energy duplicate of their physical body. The form we experience is a direct result of our expectations and beliefs. In general, most people will see themselves as they appear in the physical world.

Will I be able to see, hear, and feel as I do now?
In your early out-of-body explorations, you will most likely experience your surroundings with a physical-like perception. Our perception capabilities are linked to our expectations; the more open we are to expanded perceptions beyond our physical senses, the more available these enhanced capabilities become. For example, some people report 360-degree vision, enhanced hearing, and the ability to read thoughts.

During my out-of-body experiences I sometimes feel out of sync and have difficulty seeing and moving. How can I overcome this limitation?
This is commonly reported. To increase your clarity and mobility, simply demand (verbally or mentally) that your complete awareness be present: "Complete awareness now!" or "Clarity now!". Whatever personal ability or perception you need to improve your out-of-body experience can be obtained by making a firm request. Repeat your request as often as needed, and remember to make each request a firm demand for immediate results.

Will an out-of-body experience change my religious beliefs?
According to an in-depth study of 350 participants published in 1992 by Dr. Melvin Morse, "Out-of-body experiences do not seem to alter one's professed values." Many people even report that their religious beliefs have been confirmed and strengthened by their out-of-body experiences.

What is the radiant light so often reported during a near-death experience?
This is the higher-frequency light of the inner dimensions being seen by someone not accustomed to its brilliance. The light is commonly seen emanating from the entrance to a tunnel.

What is the human aura?
The aura is the energy field that emanates from all life-forms.

What is the tunnel effect commonly reported during near-death experiences?
This is the opening of the first inner energy membrane. It occurs automatically when a person dies and moves to the interior of the multidimensional universe. The tunnel immediately closes after the individual passes through into the next dimension.

Does the biblical silver cord exist?
The biblical concept of the silver cord is accurate. According to my observations, it is not actually a cord but a thin, fibrous substance similar in appearance to a spider's web. The silver cord appears to function as the connection between the physical body and the first energy-body of all life-forms. Though its complete function is unknown, its logical that it may act as an inner energy conduit. One thing is certain, when the cord is severed, the biological life ends.

Do animals have souls?
Absolutely. Without a soul (conscious energy) no living creature can exist. To be more accurate, the soul possesses and uses a biological vehicle, not vice versa.

What is the purpose of physical existence?
Physical existence allows us to learn from experience. In a sense, the physical dimension is a slowed-down molecular environment ideally suited for the training of developing consciousness. The personal challenges we encounter in our biological life are the lessons we need for our personal development. We learn by being, by doing - by firsthand experience.

How can I determine the dimension or energy level I am exploring?
In general, the more similar the immediate environment is to your physical surrounding, the closer you are to the physical dimension. As you raise your vibratory rate, you will automatically move inward within the nonphysical dimensions. The perceived environments become progressively less dense and increasingly thought-responsive as you move inward away from matter.

Can out-of-body experiences be harmful?
No. They are a natural experience reported in every culture and society of the world. In over twenty years of personal research, I have never heard of anyone being harmed or injured in any way.

Can drugs be used to induce an out-of-body experience?
The key to a valid, productive out-of-body experience is absolute mental focus and control. Without complete control, the interdimensional realities experienced during out-of-body explorations cannot be accurately distinguished from self-created internal hallucinations or imagery. Control is the key to a productive, meaningful experience, and control is the first thing lost when using any kind of mind-altering substance. What is the church's official viewpoint on out-of-body experiences?
The Christian church does not have an official or unified viewpoint concerning out-of-body exploration. I have encountered a wide variety of opinions on this subject. Many theologians consider out-of-body experiences a unique spiritual blessing - a personal confirmation of their religious faith and beliefs. Others are perplexed and uncertain where such experiences may fit in their belief system. A few are inclined to fear any phenomenon they don't understand, and automatically classify out-of-body experiences as something to be avoided. Today, increasing numbers of theologians consider out-of-body explorations to be a profound spiritual experience and solid personal verification of immortality.

Every time I feel I'm about to separate from my body, a wave of intense fear overwhelms me. How can I overcome this?
This wave of fear is a common, instinctual response to a new experience. One of the best ways to overcome it is to immediately begin repeating a safety affirmation such as "I'm safe and secure," "I'm protected," or "I'm safe and calm." Any brief, positive statement that helps you relax and feel secure will be effective. As you repeat your affirmation, begin to direct your attention away from your body. This can easily be achieved by thinking about another area in your home or by saying to yourself, "I float away from my body." After a couple of successful experiences, your fear will diminish and eventually disappear.

Is out-of-body exploration safe for everyone?
Yes, with one exception. Anyone who has acute psychological problems should avoid this form of exploration. In general, people having difficulty dealing with their physical reality can only complicate the situation by introducing other realities into their lives.

What is the most important step in gaining full, conscious control of the out-of-body experience?
The key is to repeat the clarity technique whenever your awareness is hazy or out of sync. "Clarity now!" or "Awareness now!"
