I was lucky to find such reliable evidence because that's just what was needed to substantiate the claim many are making of an imminent takeover of America by the Shadow government of the world. In an interview Hank said, "the truth is yes -- you do have these standby provisions, and the plans are here ... whereby you could, in the name of stopping terrorism ... evoke the military and arrest Americans and put them in detention camps." Heck, we did it before (to Americans of Japanese descent), we could do it again."

Last week, I reluctantly shared with you part one of some of the hidden threats "We the People" face from our government leaders. Despite the remarkable response from readers, I want to underscore that none of this is really new. The document states, "Enclosed for your review and comment is the draft Army regulation on civilian inmate labor utilization" and the procedure to "establish civilian prison camps on installations." In the wake of Senate hearings in 1975, the steady development of highly specialized surveillance capabilities, combined with the exploding computerized information technologies, have enabled a massive data base of personal information to be developed on millions of unsuspecting American citizens. Aloha Jean,

I have read part of the discussion you are forwarding regarding the present
interplay between the forces of light and dark, fear and the conviction
that we have the power, ability, and skillful means to create a world, on
this earth, of love, light, harmony, peace, health and abundance for all
beings.

I'd like to share some thoughts about how, to me, the teachings and
empowerments by Dalai Lama relate to what is going on in the world today.

IF MONGOLIA COULD BE TRANSFORMED, SO CAN.......(you fill in the blank)

Some months ago I (Karuna) woke up depressed due to the news on TV--all the
stuff around President Clinton. My inner guidance directed me to pull a
book off my shelf which I had purchased years ago, a book called "The Path
to Enlightenment", by the Dalai Lama. In the back of the is a biography of
the 3rd Dalai Lama (the present is the 14th Dalai Lama). As I read it, I
regained faith, that even the heavy darkness on planet earth today can be
transformed now, as it was then.

Those times were quite dark, especially in Mongolia, which "had become a
land of darkness, taking joy in evil ways and delighting in the sight of
rent flesh and blood...It had been the tradition in Mongolia that whenever
a man died, many living beings would be sacrificed as an offering to the
gods....often his wife or wives, servants, horses, and herds would be put
to death as an offering." The Mongolians were intensely warlike, taking
joy in brutally invading and pillaging their neighbors in China and Tibet
and other parts of Mongolia.

Atlan Kahn succeeded Kublai Kahn as king of the Mongols, and invited Gyalwa
Sonam Gyatso, the 3rd Dalai Lama to come to Mongolia and civilize the
people and bring spiritual light to Mongolia. To shorten the story, he did
just that. "His impact was such that he completely transformed the
spiritual landscape of the country. Whereas previously the Mongols had
delighted only in bloodshed and violence, now they were pledged to the way
of peace....No longer were they to live off the spoils of war, pillage, and
violence that for so long had caused their neighbors to live in constant
fear."

The evil god Ongghon, to whom the people had made blood sacrifices, was
replaced by the Wisdom Protector Mahakala, the wrathful emanation of
Chenrezig, the Bodhisattva of Compassion. The people did become followers
of the ten ways of goodness prescribed by the Buddha. All this was
accomplished in just a few years.

WE ARE THE SHAMBHALA WARRIORS!

So, dear ones, may you be inspired by this, and know that we are the
"Shambhala Warriors", predicted in an ancient Tibetan prophecy. As told to
Joanna Macy, in her book "World as Lover, World as Self" by Choegyal
Rimpoche of Tashi Jong in northern India:

"There comes a time when all life on Earth is in danger. In this era,
great barbarian powers have arisen. One is in the western hemisphere, and
one in the center of the Eurasian land mass. Although these two powers
have spent their wealth in preparations to annihilate each other, they have
much in common: weapons of unfathomable destructive power, and
technologies that lay waste our world. In this era, when the whole future
of sentient life seems to hang by the frailest of threads, the kingdom of
Shambhala begins to emerge.

"You can't go there, for it is not a place, it is not geopolitical
entity. It exists in the hearts and minds of the Shambhala warriors....Nor
can you recognize a Shambhala warrior when you see her or him for they wear
no uniform, or insignia, and they carry no banners. They have no
barricades on which to climb to threaten the enemy, or behind which they
can hide to rest or regroup. They do not even have any home turf. Always
they must move on the terrain of the barbarians themselves.

"Now the time comes when great courage--moral and physical--is required of
the Shambhala warriors, for they must go into the very heart of the
barbarian power, into the pits and pockets and citadels where the weapons
are kept to dismantle them. To dismantle weapons, in every sense of the
word, they must go into the corridors of power where decisions are made.

"The Shambhala warriors have the courage to do this because they know that
these weapons are "manomaya". They are "mind-made." Made by the human
mind, they can be unmade by the human mind. The Shambhala warriors know
the dangers that threaten life on Earth are not visited upon us by any
extraterrestrial powers, satanic deities, or preordained evil fate. They
arise from our own decisions, our own lifestyles, and our own relationships.

"So in this time, the Shambhala warriors go into training. When Choegyal
said this, I asked "How do they train?" They train in the use of two
weapons. "What weapons?" I asked and he held up his hands in the way the
lamas hold the ritual objects of bell and dorje.

"The weapons are compassion and insight. Both are necessary, he said. You
have to have compassion because it give you the juice, the power, the
passion to move. When you open to the pain of the world you move, you act.
But that weapon by itself is not enough. It can burn you out, so you need
the other--you need insight into the radical interdependence of all
phenomena. With that wisdom you know that it is not a battle between good
buys and bad guys, but that the line between good and evil runs through the
landscape of every human hears. With insight into our profound inter
relatedness, you know that actions undertaken with pure intent have
repercussions throughout the web of life, beyond what you can measure or
discern. By itself, that insight may appear too cool, too conceptual, to
sustain you and keep you moving, so you need the heat of the compassion.
Together, within each Shambhala warrior, and among the warriors themselves,
these two can sustain us as agents of wholesome change. They are gifts for
us to claim now in the healing of our world."

Dear Jean,

Thank you for the vision of an ever-present Peace vigil. I believe it
will do a lot to help dispell fear and keep us focused on our positive
creations. I resonate with the concept of Earth Healers and the Rainbow
Manifestors -- these have been coming into my meditations, too. The only
thing I would revise in your "Call" is (1) the framing of the current
challenge as a battle and (2) the use of the word darkness to represent evil. I support you in your vision and I hope that you understand my suggested revisions
are simply a reminder about the assumptions embedded in a language that was
created by a hierarchical, war-oriented culture!

(1) Although some of us will probably become involved in exchanges with institutions that feel like "battles" (i.e. attack and counterattack), I believe that many will choose to avoid such engagements.

While someone may adopt the stance of the "spiritual warrior" who walks
through the attacks and distractions of the opposition with an unerring eye
on the goal s/he is in the process of creating, s/he bypasses the "battle" in the process of manifesting a whole new alternative. An example would be, instead of fighting with a corporation about genetically engineered food, we put
energy into organic farming. If all of us withdrew our support of corporate
food products, the corporations would lose what they live for, profit, and
we will have created a whole new food system!

Now, I am not saying one approach is better than the other, both are
valid. I guess I just want to drop out of the old ways of doing things and create the new ways as much as possible, so I feel somewhat alienated from the
battle imagery. However, I do relate to the archetype of the warrior who must
maintain concentration, act in courage, and keep going despite the opposition.
Perhaps you could somehow combine these two approaches in the language of
your "Call". I find the greatest comfort myself when I think of other Earth
Healers and our friends in spirit in the process of co-creating better ways
(which is the core of your message). That's the word I'm looking for-- co-creation. "Co-creators With God/dess"

(2) The universe is darkness holding the light. The womb is dark and
gestates life. The night is beautiful, peaceful, and time for inner
journey. People are dark, as well as light, and as a matter of fact, the
majority of people on the earth are dark skinned. The shadow side of our
selves must be loved and accepted in order for true and deep
transformational healing to occur. I know it has been a "convention" to
use darkness to represent evil, but that is connected to the old,
mainstream thought systems which degrade darkness in order to have power-over whole segments of society and because they fear the shadow side of themselves and the dark side of nature. New ways of being need, I believe, to incorporate
light and darkness (like the yin/yang symbol). If something is evil, let us
simply call it evil.

With all due respect - Darkness was once were I lived. It is, in fact - where we all lived. For millenia, - Darkeness has been a substantial part of our world. Through our own creation. The point of Existence is not to eradicate the power of Darkness - for by doing so we eradicate ourselves ( we need that power. It is called Zero-Point Energy. ) We must integrate ourselves to the point of a fine-tuned instrument in which both the Darkness and the Light co-exist. For they must. This is the whole point of Harmony.

The only difference (as far as the Heart is concerned, between the Darkness and the Light ) - is the frequency of harmonics. In both worlds, those who understand this, live in Harmony. Those who don't - fight with each other. Each individual heart contains in equal measure the best properties of Creation, and your Mind is responsible to balance them all out and make them sing. The feeling of that Resonance is, by the way, why we sing in the first place.

This is my personal opinion. Please, don't get offended, for this was not my intent.

We need to always remember the following, Jean:

NO ONE is able to 'implant' Fear, panic, Love ... or any other frequency
... into another! Neither are we able to 'motivate' others to resonate
at 'the' frequency of Love/Light (Love/Light is a continuum, and all
facets of All That Is hold *myriad* fractal harmonics of Creator's
purest Love/Light. Each of us vibrates to the level allowed by our
spiritual grok. All facets of consciousness hold *distortions* of
Original Thought's Love/Light frequency (for no part can contain the
whole)-- some facets hold denser (still-slower harmonic) distortions
than others. What any facet of consciousness CHOOSES to perceive as its
'reality' is no one's responsibility but *that* concerned facet's.

So I think we might put out an urgent call, suggesting that Global Meds
be carried out (eg) at noon *each day* for a minimum of fifteen minutes,
from now UNTIL ... We REALLY, IMO, need to get this going NOW.

What to tell those who ask, "Why begin this now?" We might respond that
increasing numbers of certain activities *not* in the highest interest
of the citizens of the world are occurring and intensifying at
transnational and governmental levels within certain major countries.
The Energies (with an eye on HAARP) are heating up.


Specific Reasons the Planet and our Brethern Need Our Love/Light

- in the US, Executive Orders are eroding citizens' personal freedoms
guaranteed in the Constitution
