Thank you for all the updates, happening so rapidly all over the world. I was struck by the article about the horrors of war. Perhaps it is time for those who declare war upon one another to take their places on the front lines rather than send our youth to fight their battles. If Presidents, Kings, Generals, Admirals and Prime Ministers were on the front lines, facing their supposed enemy, I doubt if any war would last very long. Rather, like terrorists, they cowardly remain at home or at least as far away from the actual fighting as possible and instead, send in "soldiers" to do their dirty work, our young who represent our future generation. Some food for thought here!

I see the swiftly rescinded rights in the USA and the apathy of the population after all the manipulations of body, mind and spirit. It's a fast process and the supposed "approval" rating of the sleeping US people shocks me. Where to go? Will this also occur globally? This is feels like the internal WW III of the masse psyche that the Light Workers agreed to hold the light for when their

To protest getting yourself on the lists of those considered a threat (like WTO protesting college kids). Many of us are already known because we were in groups like Another Mother for Peace in the 60's and 70's. I heard on NPR that environmentalists and animal rights folks may come under investigation.
Joining with the inter galactic councils, ascended masters and our earth brothers and sisters in sending love to all these situations is a great tool and having the information you send for discernment is vitally important. I know Light Workers who are buying guns and going to shooting practice as I write this to you! "These are the times that stir men's/women's souls" and it's another round of Deja vu.

God is a call to battle, love is the battle cry, this reality the field of honor.
Events like the New York and Washington attacks are a call for all, not to abstain and isolate or to engage in hatred, but to become aware of the cosmic presence. Just as an economic recession is making clear that materialism has its limits, we are reminded that pride has its toll too. Just a little feedback from Europe. Although the devastation and loss of human lives of the Sept 11 events is horrible and evil, and to be condemned by all, one should note that for many peoples in the non-usa world this is also felt as a karmic rebound. The USA have, over the last 50 years or so, inflicted upon countless numbers of per se innocent civilians in Grenada, Vietnam, Kosovo, Serbia, Irak, Afghanistan etc., the same kind of apocalyptic annihilation and misery they now experience in the symbolic heartland of the American soul.
There are lessons here beyond revenge and hatred, about deep responsability for one's acts and how this will reflect and mirror upon oneself. Let us pray and that this spiral of violence can be broken up, that one seeks safety not at the expense of freedom, that human rights don't become the real victim of this atrocity. The temptation is there, more security, more constraints on travel and exchange of material and immaterial goods are to be expected, massive scanning of communications, this is one up for Big Brother. But traditionally repression will lead to resistance, as this attack makes very clear. This is not an unexpected event, but part of a spiral of violence in which the USA did play a role. May the spiral end here and now, because we want it to end, in the interest of peace and freedom.

Consider these items in the new Senate Terrorist Bill s.1510:
"MONEY LAUNDERING ABATEMENT AND ANTI-TERRORIST FINANCING ACT OF 2001"
Political Activists and Demonstrators should Zero in on S.1510. The bill's provisions can be used to eradicate public dissent - - and you! Under Senate Bill s.1510, now being considered in the Senate as an Anti-terrorism act:
A.. An entire 501C3 organization or other organization, including its members, can have their assets seized for supporting bodily acts or international causes that the U.S. Secretary of State may deem terrorist activity. Political activities that were legal prior to S.1510 may "RETROACTIVELY" be deemed terrorist activity by U.S. Government. Participants and supporters may be charged with terrorist and other offenses.
(2). S.1510 "RETROACTIVELY" abolishes the "Statue of Limitations" for many past offenses where no one was injured. After passage of S.1510, any past offense that can be broadly alleged to have put someone "at risk" may be used by federal and state prosecutors to charge a citizen with a terrorist act - even 30 years after the Statute of Limitations period had already passed.
Government will have no difficulty manufacturing evidence to prosecute citizens once constitutional safeguards against passing Retroactive Laws are abolished after passage of S.1510.
(3) No "innocent owner defense" allowed against Asset Forfeiture when, after passage of s.1510, U.S. Government agencies will be able to seize assets of citizens, 501(C)3 and other organizations and their members without ever disclosing the evidence against their property. Government need only allege that disclosing such evidence may compromise National security and/or an ongoing investigation. S.1510 provides for paying "unnamed informants huge rewards" resulting from arrests and forfeited assets. It is hard to believe any organization or citizen could ever recover their assets once they are seized by a government agency in the name of National Security. That may include a citizen's home in which an informant secretly alleges someone said the wrong thing.
So much for trusting attorneys! (4) "D Below" is from the Senate Bill s.1510!
"(d) UNDERCOVER ACTIVITIES - Notwithstanding any provision of State law, including disciplinary rules, statutes, regulations, constitutional provisions, or case law, a Government attorney may, for the purpose of enforcing Federal law, provide legal advice, authorization, concurrence, direction, or supervision on conducting undercover activities, and any attorney employed as an investigator or other law enforcement agent by the Department of Justice who is not authorized to represent the United States in criminal or civil law enforcement litigation or to supervise such proceedings may participate in such activities, even though such activities may require the use of deceit or misrepresentation, where such activities are consistent with Federal law.
(e) ADMISSIBILITY OF EVIDENCE - No violation of any disciplinary, ethical, or professional conduct rule shall be construed to permit the exclusion of otherwise admissible evidence in any Federal criminal proceedings".
This bill is similar to the one Adolf Hitler pushed through the Reichstag after the Reichstag fire in the early 1930's. German Jews, horrified by the chaos in Germany after the fire, supported Hitler's legislation - then found he could (and planned to) use it against them.
This is worse legislation than the Sedition Laws of the 1790's, later declared unconstitutional and leading to the end of John Adams' presidency.
Understand! Under the law as now written, you and anyone connected with any organization - 501(c)(3), church, Rotary, any organization - can be snagged under this legislation. Lifting the Statute of Limitations means that you could have your home and other assets seized if you were a member of an organization that supported, for example, Leonard Peltier, or sent food or medicine to Cuba, or even protested against nukes in the '60s - and the U.S.G. decided that that organization was then or is now in any way associated with someone or some organization that is somehow connected to a "terrorist oganization."
Of course, it will be said that that is highly unlikely to happen if you keep your nose clean - and don't give financial or other support to any suspect organization.
There are thousands of people in our prisons now, put there by the testimony of paid/"rewarded" informers. All it takes is for some such person to provide "testimony" that the ACLU or the Sierra Club or Pastors for Peace, or other organization is "supporting" terrorists. Or maybe some member of such an organization does provide support to a terrorist: all members are liable to imprisonment and seizure of their assets.
Who, under a law like that, is going to give funding to any 501(c)3 organization or any other group - even for work with rehabilitating prisoners or drug addicts, or providing housing for the poor? If this law passes in this form, kiss protest - by letter or demonstration - and democracy goodbye!

Among the ones we already have up are Noam Chomsky and Nawal el Saadawi. In preparation are interviews with Howard Zinn, Robin Morgan, Barbara Ehrenreich, and Rabbi Michael Lerner among others. War on Terrorism: a different front
Americans are calling on other nations to join us as we lead the struggle to end terrorism. Our leaders press the war on several fronts: intelligence, military, financial and diplomatic. We need to explore another front, the credibility front. A reality check regarding America's vulnerability on this front is overdue.
The ability of Americans to see and eliminate terrorism in others is directly proportional to our ability to see and eliminate terrorism in ourselves. How well do we see? Let us consider just two representative cases, the American interventions in Nicaragua and in Panama.
During the 1980s, American sponsored "Contras" waged war against the people of Nicaragua killing 50,000 civilians and destroying billions in property. Nicaraguans filed a complaint with the Court of International Justice, or World Court. In 1986, the court ruled that the United States had indeed been guilty of what can reasonably be called international terrorism. It found against the U.S. on 12 different counts and announced that we had a duty to cease our violations of treaties and international law and to make reparation to Nicaragua. Our government, in turn, announced that America did not recognize the authority of the World Court in this matter.
In 1989, America invaded Panama, ostensibly to arrest one man, President Manuel Noriega. In the process of what was purported to be a "drug bust," 400 civilians were killed according to U.S. Army reports. Human rights groups in Panama report the number of civilians killed to be 1,000 to 2,000.
Other cases of American interventions in violation of international law could be cited including Iran in 1953, Guatemala in 1954, Dominican Republic in 1965, Chile in 1973, Lebanon and Grenada in 1983. While most Americans are unknowing or indifferent to these violations, other citizens of our world are not. Our credibility and integrity in support of international law and against terrorism, unquestioned by most Americans, appears hypocritical to others. Other nations can ask us, How can we trust you to eliminate terrorism in others if you don't first eliminate terrorism by your own government? Terrorism is terrorism, whether privately funded or government sponsored. Without credibility, our international coalition against terrorism is built on sand.
If we want America to have credibility in fighting terrorism, we need to be tough-love patriots, loving America without blinders, without denial of our own international terrorism. We need to turn around our long history of resorting to military force and covert interventions to force our will on others. But what can bring us to such a U-turn in our history?
We can take a cue from South Africa, El Salvador and Guatemala, nations that established Truth and Reconciliation Commissions to redress government crimes against their people. What if we saw the faces and heard the stories of people who lost loved ones in Nicaragua, Panama and other places with the same openness as when we watched and heard the September 11th survivors and families of victims? What if we entered into their pain and our responsibility in causing that pain?
What would happen to our credibility if we faced up to the terrible fact that every hour between 1,000 and 2,000 people on our planet die of hunger-related illness? What if Americans, who are five percent of the world's population and who use over fifty percent of the world's resources, came to seek security less by nuclear submarines and aircraft carriers and more by ending hunger in the world.
To consider such a possibility would require that we recognize how our military dominion over the world is rooted in our belief in violence, for that is the business of the military. In what may have been the shortest speech on military purpose, Gen. George S. Patton said, "The purpose of the armored division is to kill people. Are there any questions?" Our terrorist enemies believe in violence, believe that violence works to achieve certain goals. If we believe that too, are we any different? Is our purpose in this war to end terrorism, or to stop only those terrorists we do not control?
Martin Luther King, Jr. said, "Our choice is not between violence and non-violence. It is between non-violence and non-existence." We cannot escape the consequences of our violence any more than we can escape the consequences of pollution, or the consequences of racism or poverty in our midst. If we avoid renouncing violence as a national policy, we will continue down the slippery slope of self-destruction. Our destruction of others will haunt us and hurt us, as we become more and more like the terrorists we fear and hate.
Can we, however, become the tough-love patriots America and the world need? Can we act more like citizens of a democratic republic and less like subjects of American Empire? Can we take off our blinders, face up to our denials of terrorism and forge the American dream of liberty and justice for all?
That would be credibility.

UN Set to Appeal for Halt in the Bombing

The United Nations is set to issue an unprecedented appeal to the United States and its coalition allies to halt the war on Afghanistan and allow time for a huge relief operation.
UN sources in Pakistan said growing concern over the deteriorating humanitarian situation in the country - in part, they say, caused by the relentless bombing campaign - has forced them to take the radical step.
Aid officials estimate that up to 7.5 million Afghans might be threatened with starvation.
'The situation is completely untenable inside Afghanistan. We really need to get our point across here and have to be very bold in doing it. Unless the [US air] strikes stop, there will be a huge number of deaths,' one UN source said.
The move will embarrass Clare Short, the International Development Secretary, who said last week that there was no 'cause and effect' between the bombing and the ability of aid agencies to deliver much-needed food and shelter.
Aid workers yesterday strongly rejected Short's statements. 'Basically the bombing makes it difficult to get enough supplies in. It is as simple as that,' an Islamabad-based aid official told The Observer.
Dominic Nutt, a spokesman for the British charity Christian Aid, called Short's remarks sickening. 'Needy people are being put at risk by government spin-doctors who are showing a callous disregard for life,' he said. 'To say that there is no link is not just misleading but profoundly dangerous.' Christian Aid report 600 people have already died in the Dar-e-Suf region of northern Afghanistan due to starvation, malnutrition and related diseases.
Other agencies confirmed that the sick, the young and the old are already dying in refugee camps around the northern city of Mazar-e-Sharif.
The World Food Program has calculated that 52,000 tons of wheat must be distributed in Afghanistan each month to stave off mass starvation. Since the aid program was restarted - on 25 September - only 20,000 tons have been supplied and 15,000 distributed. The concern is that the coming winter will make relief efforts more difficult.
The first snows have already fallen on the Hindu Kush mountains and the isolated highlands of Hazarajat. But though the WFP is accelerating the supply of food, it says it is unlikely to be able to bring in more than two-thirds of what is required.
And it is clear that little aid is reaching the most remote areas where the need is greatest.
A new assessment by aid workers on the ground in Afghanistan will be presented to UN co-ordinators in Islamabad this week. It shows that the effects of the three-year drought that has hit Afghanistan are far worse than previously thought. Areas in the north-east are of particular concern.
In the western city of Herat food deliveries are barely keeping up with demand from the 1,000 people a day who are arriving at refugee camps.
'We are getting a significant amount of food into the country and we are desperately trying to get it to more remote areas. The usual distribution networks are hugely disrupted. At the moment a trickle is getting hrough,' said Michael Huggins, a spokesman for the WFP.
He said the WFP operation was hampered by a lack of truck drivers willing to carry food through Afghanistan because of the bombing raids, high fuel prices and communication difficulties.
The Taliban have also caused problems for aid agencies. A series of offices have been looted in major cities, prompting French agency Médecins Sans Frontières to shut down its entire Afghan operation. There have been a number of attempts to steal vehicles from aid agencies. The Taliban have also delayed relief convoys by demanding high taxes on their passage.
Although the expected influx of refugees to Pakistan has yet to occur, there are signs of larger shifts of population than before. The last three days have seen more than 10,000 people cross the border from Afghanistan around the Taliban stronghold of Kandahar.
Refugees report a breakdown in law and order in Kandahar. 'It is impossible to live there now,' one said.

THE HAARP PERIL

Perhaps the greatest peril facing mankind is HAARP - a High Frequency Active Aural Research Program to heat/lift areas of the ionosphere with super-powerful radio waves, so as to bounce back electromagnetic waves capable of penetrating everything on earth, including you and me.
The programme is a joint effort of the U.S. Air Force and Navy with, officially, one location at an isolated base near Gakona, Alaska. Here there are 360 (I have also read the figure 180), seventy-two foot tall antennas spread out over four acres. The facility is powered by vast quantities of non-renewable gas from nearby oil fields and is due to become fully operative next year, 2002.
The technology involved has been applied in relatively small-scale experiments for several years now.
The main purpose of HAARP seems to be weather and population (mind) control. It can also be used to explore the earth's topography for oil and other minerals. Underlying these publicised purposes I suspect another, more sinisterly occult - that is to say, hidden - aim.
I believe there are people connected to the military-industrial complex who now have the know-how for inter-dimensional contacts and travel and the possibility of achieving this on a substantial scale with HAARP and HAARP-related technologies.
ENGINEERING A PSYCHOCIVILISED SOCIETY
It seems fanciful, I know, but study the available information on HAARP and inter-dimensional time travel, and you get the distinct impression that there could well be a technomad group at work, with access to ET-bases on other planets and underground facilities here on Earth, from which to engineer what has been called a 'psychocivilised society'?

It was AFTER coming to the idea, in 1998, that there may be such a technomad group at work that I read the following statement, under Conversation with Research Science Initiates, at http://www.hamptons.com/members/mprojects/documents:
"As you know, the One World Order boys are divided in two groups: (A) World Bankers, Elitists and Cultural, religious and Political Intelligentia on one side that want absolute control via total economic control of the world's monies and natural resources, and (B) Military, Intelligence and Scientific Technologists that supposedly work for the first group. This is the one that interfaces with the alien ETs."
The scientist who shared this with fellow-scientists from around the world, went on to say that the 'controlled chaos' plan of group (A), is not going too well and that the world bankers are now "very scared that the Far Right is going to take matters into their own hands, and there is nothing they can do to stop them, because they have the technological pre-eminence!"
PROJECTS SO SECRET
Here bear in mind that the much talked and written about New or One World Order is not about money power so much as about power over people. As Marx put it, 'What is really desired under the name of riches is, essentially, power over men.'
In the mid-1970s, Zbigniew Brzezinski, the National Security Adviser to then U.S. President Carter in the mid-1970s, predicted that a technology-linked "more controlled and directed society" would gradually appear. This society would be controlled by an elite group who, "would not hesitate to achieve its political ends by using the latest modern techniques for influencing public behaviour and keeping society under close surveillance and control. Technical and scientific momentum would then feed on the situation it exploits."
This is cited in the book Angels Don't Play This HAARP, by Nick Begish and Jeanne Manning. And in a 1997 review and interview posted at http://www.leadingedgenews.com/angels.htm, Nick Begish said that HAARP represents a small part of the hidden technologies being developed by military planners. He quoted from a Washington Post article, which reported that 40 percent of the Air Force equipment budget is for black projects. "These are the projects so secret that even the U.S. Congress doesn't know what they're funding."
Another researcher John Quin revealed in 1998 that particle accelerators at a number of underground locations on Long Island, near the Montauk Air Force Station, were being used in HAARP time manipulations and inter-dimensional experiments.
When he posted a leaked Navy fax about this he received this extraordinary response: "Hi John Quin - I am Joyce Murphy of 'Beyond Boundaries' (http://www.beyondboundaries.org). We are a company investigating by expedition UFO related phenomena all over the world - have been following evidence that the Navy Seals are involved in all parts of the world with dimensional portal activity."
Joyce Murphy went on to describe how the Navy Seal base at the supposedly closed Roosevelt Road Naval Base on Puerto Rico "has underground levels beneath El Yunque mountain operated by the U.S. Government and grey aliens, and a tunnel which connects the underground to the ocean." She claims that "submarines are actually brought in through the tunnel to the underground facility beneath El Yunque, and there are definite signs of dimensional portals in the rainforest on the surface."
