Body bags stockpiled for G8 summit
The protests against G8 in Genoa have already begun Italian authorities have ordered 200 body bags as they step up preparations for a violent confrontation at next month's G8 summit in Genoa, say Italian media reports. A room at the city's hospital will also be set aside as a temporary mortuary, said Italian news agency ANSA. The reports come amid growing concern that the G8 summit will witness even worse confrontation than last weekend's European meeting in Gothenburg.
Tens of thousands of protesters - from anarchists to Basque separatists - are expected to head for Genoa. As well as the threat of street unrest, Italian authorities have been warned that attempts may be made on the lives of some of the world leaders present. One threat passed on to Italy by the German secret service is of an assassination plan by Saudi dissident Osama bin Laden, aimed at US President George W Bush. Militant supporters of Bin Laden are said to planning a possible bomb attack.
President Putin's personal security will also be stepped up because of a possible threat from Chechen rebels, say his bodyguards. Mr Putin's bodyguards have already visited Genoa and met the heads of special services from nearly all the countries being represented there, said Russian security chief Yevgeny Murov, head of the FSO. "Each special service works out its own method of providing security these days. Russia's Foreign Intelligence Service renders enormous assistance to us, and we are in a permanent contact with them," he said in an interview with the Russian newspaper Komsomolskaya Pravda.
He said his agency was aware of the Bin Laden threat, and was making its Genoa preparations in the light of them. "We view the threats as totally serious, but hope that with joint efforts we can solve all the problems," said Murov.
Leaders from Italy, France, Canada, the UK, Japan and Germany will also be at the two-day summit, which starts on 20 July. Italian authorities are preparing a huge force of 20,000 police and soldiers, backed by the threat of tear gas, water cannon and a formidable array of military hardware. A "ring of steel" will be imposed on the city. Railway stations and motorway junctions will be closed, and flights into Genoa diverted. In the city itself, the streets around the summit venue have been declared as a "red zone", and will be blocked off by dozens of armoured vehicles. Outside the red zone, some areas will be set aside for protesters to make their views known. Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi has said he wants dialogue with the protesters, and stresses the legimitate right of people to make their views known, but he has warned them that violent extremists will be "isolated and not be allowed to do harm".
Aircraft carriers
As the security operation continues to build up, some organisers are still reported to be keen to switch the summit venue to a cruise ship, which would be moored safely out at sea somewhere along the Italian Riviera.
At least two conference leaders - President Bush and French President Jacques Chirac - are already planning waterborne accommodation. Both will stay on aircraft carriers while attending the summit. Concern about security has deepened since events in Gothenburg, when Swedish police appeared to be overwhelmed by the scale and depth of violence. A lavish dinner had to be cancelled and some delegations had to switch hotels after police said they could no longer guarantee their safety. Three protesters were shot and dozens of police officers were hurt.

The UK Government is now spending £2.5 million to fully implement a nation-wide deployment of CIA mind-control technology.
The TETRA system pulses at 17.6 Hz broadcast at 400 MHz which is essentially the Pandora Project funded by the CIA in the late '60s and early '70s. Dr Ross Adey, the chief researcher on the Pandora Project has released a video to leading UK researchers which proves that not only does the TETRA system cause ELF zombification by massive release of calcium ions in the cerebral cortex and the nervous system, but the activated calcium ions also cause massive hormonal disturbances which lead to frenzied imbalances, emotional and physical states.
This system will be used by all UK police and emergency services by the end of the year, as the Home Office has sold off all police frequencies, so they are forced to use the new system.
Use of the TETRA system by the police will lead to psychotronicaly controlled officers who may be totally controlled in any situation and are very useful for states of economic or social chaos where extreme and violent behaviour is needed without any conscious or moral compunction - so-called police robots.
30,000 transmitters will be placed around the country to maximise the effects on the local UK population - mass mind control.
Anyone who has complained of these transmitters has received a letter from the Government informing them that if the transmitters are not positioned where the Government wishes, there can be no guarantee then of police protection, which will lead to higher insurance premiums for the householder.
A leading UK newspaper tried to run this story, but had the item quashed by high-level Government intervention.

As for your very hard-to-believe info about the TETRA system, I'm sending it to a couple people I trust in the UK and elsewhere to see if the accuracy of this info can be verified. It this is for real, "they" sure will use it around the world and so it needs to be exposed. But I really
cannot pass on such controversial material unless there is a minimum of verification that this is not yet another hoax. So please keep me posted on this one if you hear any corroborating evidence about it.

Apparently the place where this is being tried out is, no less, Glastonbury!
I have read about this before, and I'm not sure whether I resonate with Tim Rifat's assertions about this technology - though I have no evidence to say it is wrong. I have asked several techie and police friends and mobile phone engineers I know about it, and they raise an eyebrow and look bewildered. The news itself might not be a hoax, but the interpretation might be incorrect. If I find out anything more I shall contact you. However, I'm not convinced that such a technology is really necessary or would be installed for such purposes as suggested - there are other, simpler, cheaper ways of eliminating activists or handling situations, if necessary. And, in the atmosphere in UK at present, it somehow doesn't figure that such a technology and the necessary investment for such applications would be used. Already, there is research and opinions emerging into the public domain here which is saying that UK's surveillance cameras are not working as well as expected - they just move the criminals round the corner, out of sight of the cameras! Also, in the cereological movement, every time a researcher is discredited or in some way 'knocked out', s/he is simply replaced by more new researchers - so what have 'they' achieved after ten years?

As regards your email of the 25th June on the above subject, what I can say is that this is most certainly possible though I am not quite sure as to whether or not it is probable, and if it should be true, how is it to be proven?
On first reading this allegation from Tim Rifat might appear to be a wild fantasy of a devotee of the Ex-Files TV Series (Fox Molder and Dana Scully, FBI agents, "the truth is out there somewhere"). However, on reflection, the following facts confirm that such a technology could well be used by the U.K. "New Labour" government.
The current U.K. government would certainly be motivated enough to seek to use mind-control to ensure its power and the "voluntary" "democratic" compliance of the people with its policies, afterall, it already seeks to control people through the education curriculum, the intrusive data of the recent national census, the systems of unemployment and other welfare benefits, media manipulation, CCT T.V. cameras and "spin-doctoring" advertising, so why not by this suggested means also? What better than a "dictatorship" that can be believed to be a "democracy" by means of such mind-manipulation?
Hitler used cruder forms of sound vibration & image techniques to hypnotise the Germans in his Nuremberg rallies (Wagner's music etc.) - primitive witch doctors and magicians can send suggestive thought vibrations as in "voodoo" to the minds of far-away "victims" and modern "subliminal advertising" on T.V. (technically illegal) can penetrate people's minds to persuade them to buy products without realising that they are like puppers on invisible strings.
In 1971 I had a waking, visionary dream in which subtle sound vibrations emanating from the "clouds" penetrated & controlled people's minds as part of a global, masonic conspiracy by a secret elite to control the whole world.
Of course, in saying this, it must be borne in mind that there is a certain proportion of people who, for reasons unknown to myself, are immune and resistant to such subliminal brainwashing (as in my 1971 dream) - so that those of us who are not aware of being so affected, have often been unaware of how many others are thus electronically conditioned, as controlled through their materialistic hopes & fears (a more sophisticated version of the Hitler technique).
Whatever the facts of the case, a key issue that arises is how can we, as individuals protect ourselves against being "penetrated" by the supposed TETRA system pulses, even as in occult practice we can surround ourselves with "Circles of Light" against "psychic attack"? It this matter it is my belief that people with more complete spiritual and ethical sensitivity and integrity stand a better chance of both being aware of these vibrations and resisting their effects using higher spiritual forces.
All the above having been said, while ELF mind-control technology might well be feasible, the facts of the matter being "invisible" like radio pulses cannot either be confirmed or denied so it would be foolish to assert them as true - however, perhaps one could publicise the text prefixing it with the very important phrase in journalism "It has been suggested, by Tim Rifat <address> that - "quote". This allows one to open up the subject to discussion without committing oneself to either it's "truth" or "its hoaxfulness".
"There are more wonders in Heaven or Earth than you or I have ever dreamt of, Horatio" to quote Shakespeare, for instance, the physical ressurection from death of Jesus might be construed by sceptics to be a religious hoax to get followers, but there is evidence that it is actually possible and happened!
ELF zombification is much more likely event than the above "miracle" being based on known scientific facts about the nervous system & vibrations!
I do think people should be warned as to the possibility of this without us risking charges of libel/slander by stating our belief in its probability.

Yes, I've heard quite a lot about this. One of the foremost experts on this subject is Thomas Bearden Lt. Col. Retired). Tom has written much about this technology as he was involved in this technology whilst in the military and now wants people to know about it.

Yes it is genuinely a report from Tim Rifat, author of Remote Viewing. This is to be re-released soon in its original form - that is including the 2/3s which the publishers edited out of the first release.
If it's a hoax I would be very surprised, this has been reported on Ch 4 news, in police literature and in the Guardian newspaper drawing on information from Alasdair Philips quoting the research of Ross Adey etc.
The Truth Campaign will be printing an article in a future issue, when I have more information to hand

It's good to be sceptical and to do our homework first. However, the very choice of frequencies seems incredible to me if it is benign. Philips and Coghill know their stuff. Tim is drawing on the work of Ross Adey, whose work I will be looking into for myself. Tim's assertions certainly don't seem to contradict the facts we have, nor the manipulative agenda behind the scenes as I understand it.
I'm snowed under at present with research and haven't time to study your site in depth, but having scanned it, it looks very impressive. So if you would like to put me on your list, I would be grateful.

This is crap - the human brain doesn't demodulate radio waves, so it matters not a jot what the frequency of 'control pulses' is (17.6HZ applied by strobe flashes might cause an epileptic-type seizure), broadcasting on 400MHz you might as well broadcast it on Radio 2!
If Radio Frequency (RF) fields are VERY HIGH, you can get some effects in the brain - but you are more likely to be 'cooked' similar to the effect of a microwave oven.
Even if any of this stuff were partly true, what is the *point* of zombification of the UK population? It's bad enough as it is - and it hasn't cost governments a bent penny or rusty washer. In fact, they SAVED cash by starving the UK education system and cocking-up what was once a reasonably good method of instilling a degree of knowledge and some civility in our young. And who's gonna be living inside a Faraday Cage (a special shield to eliminate all radio signals) directing all this? Her Majesty? Tony Bear? A nine-foot Lizard? A three- foot six 'Grey'?
If you **REALLY** wanted to 'do for' the population, you'd 'broadcast' a carrier using the UK telephone system. It already does have various carriers piggy- backing the system - one was instituted in the early 1950s as part of the UK's Civil Defence attack-warning system.
As for 'directed radio weapons' and satellites up there beaming down at us down here, well. . . What about the misinformation and suppression of information that have been going on ever since the media were born? Real life outstrips science fiction and paranoia every time, if you ask me. . .
If we go on and on imagining the worst with enough intensity - we'll bring it into being ourselves. I prefer - and I'm certain you do too - to concentrate on the idea that we all have the right and the power to think and choose for ourselves. And the more of us who do just that, the less able will the faceless ones be to affect/control/condition us all.

Between 8 and 18 June 2001, the Surveillance Camera Players (SCP) embarked upon an extended tour of England. Unlike Holland, which the SCP briefly visited in February 2000, England is filled with surveillance cameras. According to current estimates, there are over 1.5 million cameras (one for every 50 people) in operation. And there are plans to install even more, not just in London, but all over the country! Especially surveillance cameras that monitor automobile traffic (so-called "red light" cameras), which were being installed in every city the SCP visited: British politicians and police departments are absolutely crazy about them.

Beginning July 15, Applied Digital Solutions will begin beta testing on humans an implant technology capable of allowing users to emit a homing beacon, have vital bodily functions monitored and confirm identity when making e-commerce transactions.
The first production run of "Digital Angel" devices has begun, the Florida-based, NASDAQ-traded company has announced. While the manufacturers of the technology bill it as a potential lifesaver, others fear the advent of the device threatens personal privacy ñ and even raises the ugly specter of the Bible's "mark of the beast." Applied Digital Solutions, an e-business-to-business solutions provider, acquired the patent rights to the miniature digital transceiver it has named "Digital AngelÆ."
The company plans to market the device for a number of uses, including as a "tamper-proof means of identification for enhanced e-business security." Digital Angel sends and receives data and can be continuously tracked by global positioning satellite technology. When implanted within a body, the device is powered electromechanically through the movement of muscles and can be activated either by the "wearer" or by a monitoring facility. "We believe its potential for improving individual and e-business security and enhancing the quality of life for millions of people is virtually limitless," said ADS Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Richard Sullivan. "Although we're in the early developmental phase, we expect to come forward with applications in many different areas, from medical monitoring to law enforcement. However, in keeping with our core strengths in the e-business to business arena, we plan to focus our initial development efforts on the growing field of e-commerce security and user ID verification."
Dr. Peter Zhou, chief scientist for development of the implant and president of DigitalAngel.net, a subsidiary of ADS, told WorldNetDaily the device will send a signal from the person wearing Digital AngelÆ to either his computer or the e-merchant with whom he is doing business in order to verify his identity. But e-commerce is only one field to which Digital AngelÆ applies. The device's patent describes it as a rescue beacon for kidnapped children and missing persons. According to Zhou, the implant will save money by reducing resources used in rescue operations for athletes, including mountain climbers and skiers. Law enforcement may employ the implant to keep track of criminals under house arrest, as well as reduce emergency response time by immediately locating individuals in distress.
The device also has the ability to monitor the user's heart rate, blood pressure and other vital functions. "Your doctor will know the problem before you do," said Zhou, noting peace of mind is possible for at-risk patients who can rest in the knowledge that help will be on the way should anything go wrong.
Indeed, peace of mind is Digital Angel's main selling point. "Ideally," the patent states, "the device will bring peace of mind and an increased quality of life for those who use it, and for their families, loved ones, and associates who depend on them critically." Referring to the threat of kidnapping, the patent goes on to say, "Adults who are at risk due to their economic or political status, as well as their children who may be at risk of being kidnapped, will reap new freedoms in their everyday lives by employing the device."
Digital AngelÆ's developer told WND demand for the implant has been tremendous since ADS announced its acquisition of the patent. "We have received requests daily from around the world for the product," Zhou said, mentioning South America, Mexico and Spain as examples. One inquirer was the U.S. Department of Defense through a contractor, according to Zhou. American soldiers may be required to wear the implant so their whereabouts and health conditions can be accessed at all times, said the scientist. But for critics, military use of the implant is not at the top of their list of objections to the new technology. ADS has received complaints from Christians and others who believe the implant could be the fulfillment of biblical prophecy.
The Book of Revelation states all people will be required to "receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark." (Rev. 13: 16-17) In an increasingly cashless society where identity verification is essential for financial transactions, some Christians view Digital AngelÆ's ID and e-commerce applications as a form of the biblical "mark of the beast." But Zhou dismisses such objections to the implant. "I am a Christian, but I don't think [that argument] makes sense," he told WND. "The purpose of the device is to save your life and improve the quality of life. There's no connection to the Bible. There are different interpretations of the Bible. My interpretation is, anything to improve the quality of life is from God. The Bible says, 'I am the God of living people.' We not only live, we live well."
