Hello everyone

Trying to keep up with all the latest developments regarding the election scams in Florida, you will find below some pretty interesting and - as usual- widely unreported details about this crisis.

But this should not prevent us from also closely paying attention these next 2 weeks onto the outcome of the "U.N. Framework Convention on Climate Change" meeting in The Hague that just got underway. I'm providing you with URL resources and some essential quotes below to give you an idea of what is at stake.

With the electoral turmoil in the US and the uncertainty about who will be the next president, the outlook for positive breakthroughs at this meeting seems bleak - for now - even with all the warning signs given aplenty by the weather extremes that continue to plague most areas of the world - ask the people in the UK about this or in Italy where flooding just caused billions in damages or go ask the millions of Afghan refugees that just entered Pakistan because the 3 year-long drought in their country is now so severe that they won't be able to survive winter there, not to mention the millions of other children, women and men who are now stranded on the other side of the Afghan/Pakistani border which has now been closed by the Pakistan government because they simply cannot cope with so many refugees to feed - yet another humanitarian catastrophy in the making...
(Details at http://dailynews.yahoo.com/h/ap/20001110/wl/pakistan_afghanistan_2.html)

If you read the article "The last oil shock" in my last compilation, you certainly noticed that according to Dr. Colin Campbell, there is simply not enough time left to create the huge infrastructure needed for any other form of energy such as hydrogen to replace oil in all forms of transportation - although hydrogen-based fuel cell technology certainly looks promising, as well as compressed-air powered cars (see "The car that runs on air" below) not to mention the tantalizing prospect of all kinds of new energy sources (see "Miracle in the Void: The New Energy Revolution" at http://www.cybernaute.com/earthconcert2000/MiracleinVoid.htm or http://www.blacklightpower.com">http://www.blacklightpower.com).

So there is apparently precious little time left - 4 or 5 years - before the world enters into a major energy crisis. And with the price of oil sure to skyrocket, the world can also expect a massive economic crisis. Perhaps this will help slow down the rate of destruction of our global environment...

Anyway I hope the Extraordinary Election Prediction made by an astrologer (see below) was right and that Gore will be able to do something serious about these urgent problems. The other option - a Bush victory - is too dire a nightmare to even consider.

This reminds me of a dream I had a couple days ago in which the world was given a second chance to avoid a terrible calamity that was about to befalls us all if George W Bush was elected - images of a nuclear war and of a very dark future left me quite uneasy...

Hague Talks Make-Or-Break for Kyoto Climate Goal (Reuters - Nov 13)
Diplomats and interest groups kick off two weeks of talks in The Hague on Monday to hammer out clear policies intended to cut greenhouse gasemissions agreed to in Kyoto three years ago. With some 180 nations and thousands of environmental and industry pressure groups expected to turn out, reaching a workable consensus will be no small feat at the talks.

CLIP

The verdict on the conference's success will probably not come in until the final days, when diplomats are likely to have talks behind closed doors to finalize decisions that will have a broad international impact.

Adding to the pressure to reach an agreement are some of the worst weather disasters in recent memory, including the heaviest flooding in Britain in 50 years, expected to cause damages in excess of a $860 million, and last month's floods in Italy which cost insurers more than $1.29 billion. Many scientists and environmental groups argue these storms are the first signs of climate change brought on by global warming.

And although global temperatures are clearly rising -- the 10 hottest years on record have occurred since 1981 and the six hottest since 1990 -- the direct impact from greenhouse gas emissions remains under debate.

CLIP

So far only about 30 states have ratified the Kyoto Protocols, and none of the major industrial countries have officially tied themselves to the targets. To have the effect of law, 55 states producing a total of 55 percent of the output of greenhouse gases must approve the protocols domestically.

Subject: URGENT! Extraordinary Election Prediction

In the wee hours of this morning, on FoxNews' Judith Regan program, she
showed a videoclip of an 'astrologer' (I didn't get his name) who, well
BEFORE this Election took place, predicted two things:

1) that "the Winner would become the Loser, and the Loser would become
the Winner"

2) that the results would likely still be unresolved on the Wednesday

That this gentleman was tuned in sufficiently to 'see' this future
Probability hanging 'out there' before us, one WE COLLECTIVELY energized
before it manifested (as we manifest everything within our facet of
physical reality), should bode big encouragement for us.

The judge will decide tomorrow morning at 9:30a whether to impose the
Bush-requsted Injuction against the Gore-requested hand-count. IMO, an
Injunction clearly would NOT be fair, because EACH vote in our country
MUST count -- votes must NOT be voided simply because tally machines are
not sensitive enuf to pick them up. When our technology fails us, as
they clearly have in this most critical instance, humans MUST intervene
and oversee.

Perhaps the highest good that will come from this extreme division
within our country and the now-exposed blatant inadequacies of vote
tallying machines is that our voting system will (finally!) be
overhauled. Apparently, at LEAST 100,000 votes were ignored in
Florida's last election -- How many Americans' votes are regularly set
aside throughout our country? Hundreds of thousands? MILLIONS? This
has never come to Light before the American people before, tho 'election
officials' across the country have apparently been aware of the
situation forever -- still another 'conspiracy of silence': 'WE will
tell Americans what we decide they should know'.

Please, let us hold this judge in a great Bubble of Love/Light, and
TRUST that the Light will enable us to draw to us those Energies that
will nourish our collective good.

Subject: Gore camp demands FBI inquiry

http://www.thetimes.co.uk/

MONDAY NOVEMBER 13 2000

FROM DANIEL MCGRORY IN MIAMI

THE FBI is being asked to investigate how thousands of mainly black
supporters of Al Gore were given ballot papers that had allegedly already
been marked for rival candidates.

Yesterday Democrat officials were examining claims that up to 17,000 ballot
papers in the Miami area had been tampered with in what they described as
"organised corruption". Lawyers from across the United States descended on
Miami and were busy taking statements from those complaining that they had
been cheated or intimidated out of voting for Mr Gore.

A senior Democrat official in Miami, who has hired a team of 20 investigators
to carry out an inquiry, told The Times: "Until now in Florida, we have been
arguing foul-ups, human error and stupidity. But this is deliberate
corruption to spoil votes for Gore and that must be a matter for the FBI.

"We don't want to be seen as playing the race card here, but the areas where
this happened are in poorer precincts, which are predominantly black areas
that would be expected to vote almost unanimously for Vice-President Gore. We
are not accusing the Republican Party or any other ethnic groups for being
behind this. All we are saying is the vote was corrupted. There are just too
many double-punched papers."

Jewish leaders in staunch Democrat areas of the city claimed that they, too,
had evidence of voting slips being marked before they reached polling
stations in areas populated by retired Jewish couples. At a rally in a Miami
synagogue, Lisa Versaci, Florida director of People for the American Way,
said: "There can be no innocent explanation for a pre-punched ballot sheet."

Republican leaders in Miami dismissed the allegations as "dirty-trick
claims". A spokesman said: "A spoiled ballot is not uncommon. There is no
dark plot here."

Subject: [CAN-RW] Hand Recount Held in Republican County on 11/9/00-11/10/00

From: "Linda Kekumu" <lkekumu@aloha.net>

http://orlandosentinel.com/elections/1110sem.htm

According to the above article:

"Seminole's lengthy recount differed from most of state's other counties."

"Instead of a ballot-by-ballot recount, most Seminole county canvassing boards examined results from each precinct looking for anything unusual and comparing the number of votes cast in each precinct with the number reported Tuesday night."

As you are aware heavily Republican Seminole County, Florida was the last to finish its mandatory recount. The margin was down to about 229 and Seminole County votes added another 98 (net) to Bush.

The reason for Seminole County's delay is that they voluntarily provided the complete recount, including rejected ballots, sought in Palm Beach, etc. Yesterday afternoon local tv news carried pictures and an interview with a member of the Seminole county election board (supervisor of elections?) and local Republican congressman Dan Mica who was present and interviewed.

They were running each individual ballot through the voting machines. Any ballot the machine rejected was then examined by hand, and if the "will of the voter" could be determined, they prepared a new ballot to replace the original rejected ballot and added this newly created ballot to the count. Naturally in a county Bush carried almost 2-1 this resulted in a net increase of Bush votes. Now in the Republican Seminole County, under the leadership of congressman Dan Mica (R-FLA) acting on behalf of Bush. The rejected votes were examined and added to the official totals. If the Bush camp thinks that it is proper to examine by hand the rejected votes in Republican Seminole County, and to substitute new ballots for those rejected, how can this possibly be proper when done in Seminole County and then be improper when done in Palm Beach County, etc?

How on earth can the Republicans look America in the eye & put Gore down for wanting a manual recount when they did it themselves! Get real.

Linda

Read the entire article "Seminole County delivers edge to Bush in recount" at http://orlandosentinel.com/elections/1110sem.htm

Here is a quote:

"The vote increase for Bush broke a trend throughout the most state's 66 other counties of recounts cutting into the slim 1,741 vote lead Bush had established in Tuesday's hotly contested state election. By Thursday evening, Bush's lead over Vice President Al Gore had dwindled to 229 with only the Seminole County vote remaining."

Read also the half serious/half hilarious letter sent by Michael Moore to Kofi Annan asking that the U.N. send observers and Jimmy Carter in Florida to monitor the recount - to be found somewhere at www.michaelmoore.com

Here are a couple relevant quotes:

"Remember that guy Milosevic in Yugoslavia trying to claim victory when
he got the least number of votes? He would love Florida! Next to watching
greyhound dogs run in circles, election fraud is South Florida's favorite
pastime. It appears on the surface that lame graphic design is at the root of
this ballot problem, especially in Palm Beach County where Jewish votes were
given to a man who always has a nice word to say about Third Reich.

But even more telling is the situation in the Daytona Beach area. In
that county, the Socialist Workers Party candidate, James Harris, received a
whopping 9,888 votes. When your observers arrive, they will discover that
the socialist revolution in Daytona Beach is running a distant third to
drunken college spring breaks and NASCAR racing. In fact, you will be
hard-pressed to find a single Bolshevik in Daytona Beach, let alone a decent
cappuccino.

What CBS News discovered is that these 9,888 votes in Daytona Beach for
the socialist Mr. Harris represented more than HALF of his ENTIRE 19,310
votes nationwide! Some might see this a communist plot; election officials
in Florida have tried to pass it off as a "computer glitch." I call it fuzzy
math.

CLIP

Please, Mr. Annan, you have to get here right away. The self-declared
"President-Elect" is trying to stop the counting of the ballots. He knows
what these ballots will reveal. His propaganda ministers have been lying to
the American people for days now, saying things like "this kind of ballot is
used everywhere, including in Chicago for Jesse Jackson's son!" Our esteemed
journalist, Ted Koppel, held up the Chicago ballot last night on TV to show
that it looks NOTHING like the Florida ballot. He told the American people
they were being snookered by the Bush people."

The words you are about to read are taken from an e-mail message sent by a
person directly involved with monitoring the Florida recount. CLIP

<< .....Also present were lawyers and a staffer representing GWB, several
lawyers representing Gore, representatives of the Reform Party, the Fla.
Democratic and Republican Parties, the DNCC, US Rep. Clay Shaw and his Dem.
challenger Elaine Bloom (this race is still contested), a Dem. State Senator
and a Dem. State Representative from the County.

The recount was supposed to begin at 1:30, was delayed until 4:00 and ended
at 11:30. Our role basically consisted of sitting in a cramped room watching
five staffers run stacks of punch card ballots through counting machines.
Pretty dull all in all until it was discovered that one precinct had not been
counted in full. This resulted in a net gain for Al of about 360 votes. The
Bush boys lost their smug attitudes and began huddling and whispering every
few minutes. >>

Amazing! One precinct was never counted in full, and it turns out to have
been a strongly Democratic one. Notice that the Republican strongholds didn't
have their precincts under-counted!

The writer continues:

CLIP

When the absentees were counted, 221 ballots that had previously registered
no vote now did show a vote in the Presidential race. These went
overwhelmingly for Gore, leading to some whooping and high fiving from our
side. The Bushies really lost it at this point and got a little hostile with
the staffers, which in turn elicited some harsh responses from the assembled
masses.>>

CLIP

<< Gore's net gain in the County was 643. Word from other counties is that
Gore closed the 1,700 deficit by over 1,200. Only half of the counties
conducted their recounts on Wednesday. The rest are on Thursday. The bigger
problem is that the ballot in Palm Beach County, which differs in its layout
from the ballots elsewhere in the State, is illegal for several reasons.
Florida statutes specifically mandate the precise layout of the ballot and
the order of candidates. The law was not followed. Bush's name was first,
with Buchanan below him and Gore third. This is completely improper, as well
as the fact that the law requires the names to be placed to the left with the
punch holes to the right of the candidates'names. On this ballot, some names
were on the right and some on the left, with all of the punch holes in the
middle. It was difficult to line up the name with the correct hole.

Moreover, 19,000 ballots were disqualified because they voted for two or
more candidates. This is a direct result of the confusing layout of the names
on the ballot. This represents over 4% of the total ballots. It was as high
as 15% in some predominantly African-American precincts and about 10% in some
precincts with large numbers of Jewish retirees. The Gore vote in many of
these precincts was over 90%.

This explains the networks' exit polling which reflected voters' belief
that they had voted for Gore, but in fact their ballots had been
disqualified. This led to the initial awarding of Florida to Gore.

Folks, the bottom line is that if the names on the ballot were properly
situated Gore would have had an additional 11-13,000 vote margin in this
County, and the election would be over. We have done a precinct by precinct
analysis of where the disqualified votes came from. By attributing the same
percentage of the vote Gore obtained in those precincts to the disqualified
ballots, Gore would be winning Florida by at least 10,000 votes. In other
words, Gore has actually won the election both in the popular vote and in the
electoral vote, but he may well still lose it.

You should also be aware that other large counties in the State
disqualified about one half of one percent of their ballots for casting two
or more votes in the Presidential race. In Palm Beach County it was 4.4%.

Lastly, don't expect the recount to be over on Thursday, as the media is
stating. Legal actions are underway. The next question, will a judge order a
re-vote just in Palm Beach County with a new ballot? >>

All right, folks, you know what to do.

Go to the media and tell them about this.

A VERY GOOD NEWS! - in case you missed it...

The car that runs on air

The lightweight car car be air-filled in just three minutes

Urban transport could soon be revolutionised with the launching this week in South Africa of a prototype new car which designers say runs on air. It is being predicted that the e.Volution will be able to travel up to 200km (120 miles) for only 30 US cents.

The car, which resembles a small minibus, is being promoted by the slogan "Simple, Economic and Clean", but details of how the vehicle will work remain sketchy. The e.Volution prototype will be unveiled at Auto Africa Expo 2000 in Johannesburg this week and is being touted as the first viable alternative to cars that run on conventional fuels.

Researchers have been working for many years to produce 'eco-friendly' cars, but so far these attempts have not been successful. Some models already in development use hydrogen as a fuel. It is expected to sell in South Africa for about R74,000 ($10,000) which is on a par with a medium-sized saloon car.

Specifications

Helen Brown who heads "Zero Pollution Motors", the company which has the rights to manufacture the car locally, says it will be ideal for urban transport. The compression engine technology was pioneered by a former French formula one engineer Guy Negre, who has spent years searching for an alternative to the traditional oil-fuelled engine.

The piston engine is powered by the release of compressed air which is stored in tanks, very similar to scuba diving tanks, attached to the underside of the car. The body of the vehicle weighs only 700kg, and the engine itself is a mere 35kg. This means that the vehicle can theoretically be driven for up to 10 hours in an urban environment at an average speed of 80km/h.

Filling up

The designers of e.Volution say it will be possible to merely plug the vehicle into any electrical power source to fill it up. That could take up to four hours. But the manufacturers envisage that fleet owners could install their own air stations, where a fill up could take as little as three minutes. If the e.Volution lives up to all the hype, it could offer a serious challenge to the current motor vehicle market. There are currently two factories in France, with the first models expected on the streets later this year. There are five factories planned for Mexico and Spain, with three in Australia.

Anti-globalisation idea

But South Africa will be the second country after France to open a factory and begin production. Helen Brown says her company aims to set up a production line in the province of Gauteng by next year, with the first cars off the production line and onto the salesroom floor by early 2002. "It's really an anti-globalisation production idea" she said. "The aim of the project is to cut costs and create jobs locally, serving the consumer market directly."

With petrol and diesel prices going up, and the price of oil subject to fluctuations, the Middle East crisis and occasional shortfalls, motorists might be only too happy to "go green" if it means a lifetime saving on fuel costs.

One-Third of Forest Land Will Be Off-Limits
(Monday November 13)

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Nearly 60 million acres of U.S. forest land would be off limits to road construction and timber harvesting under a Clinton administration plan released on Monday. The Forest Service, which manages more than 192 million acres of national forests, issued a proposal that would protect 58.5 million acres of wilderness from most forms of development.

The planned restrictions are part of a broader plan to give the public a bigger say in how national forests are used, a major change for the Forest Service, which has long been criticized for being too eager to sell timber rather than preserving wild areas for nature lovers and sportsmen.

CLIP

The plan to protect pristine wilderness areas was endorsed by 1.6 million letters and faxes from the public, the largest outpouring of comments on a federal environmental measure. ``The fact that a million people cared enough to participate speaks to the passion that national forests elicit in people,'' said Chris Wood, a spokesman for the Forest Service. Environmentalists praised the latest announcement, but said more remains to be done.

DEAR JEAN:

Without going into lots of theories, I have heard increasing rumors that the
entire political/election debacle is a designed "smokescreen" on the part of
the power elite to mask the activities towards a New World Order that are now
being taken.

Wonder if you've heard any substantial talk in this direction.
Opinions? My intuition says: "Right On" , but I have NO information about
what might be going on behind the scenes. Do you?

Aloha,
Ed

AND MY REPLY WAS:

Dear Ed

I've not heard of any such rumor but it seems impossible to me since they could not know beforehand how people would actually vote. Yet whether we like it or not, the New World Order agenda is further moved ahead every day by those who designed and implemented a plan to enslave the world.

If you go check at http://www.themoneymasters.com/ you will find there lots of information that (and I quote here) "throws back the veil of deceit hiding the origins and operations of the corrupt banking plutocracy that owns and rules America, and is gradually and clandestinely imposing a worldwide tyranny on the rest of mankind."

They offer there a video entitled "THE MONEY MASTERS - which is (and I quote again) "a 3 1/2 hour non-fiction, historical documentary that traces the origins of the political power structure that rules our nation and the world today. The modern political power structure has its roots in the hidden manipulation and accumulation of gold and other forms of money. The development of fractional reserve banking practices in the 17th century brought to a cunning sophistication the secret techniques initially used by goldsmiths fraudulently to accumulate wealth. With the formation of the privately-owned Bank of England in 1694, the yoke of economic slavery to a privately-owned "central" bank was first forced upon the backs of an entire nation, not removed but only made heavier with the passing of the three centuries to our day. Nation after nation, including America, has fallen prey to this cabal of international central bankers."

As indicated at /plus_5_.html">http://health.microworld.com/html">/plus_5_.html

In the United States, the issuing of money is controlled by the Federal Reserve Board. This is not a government department but a board of private bankers. Most of us would believe that the Federal Reserve is a federal arm of the national government. This is not true. In 1913 President Woodrow Wilson signed the document that created the Federal Reserve, and committed the American people to debt slavery until such time as they awake from their slumber and overthrow this vicious tyranny."
(From "Hand Over Our Loot, No. 2")

And from http://www.themoneymasters.com/presiden.htm

Woodrow Wilson who signed the 1913 Federal Reserve Act wrote a few years later: "I am a most unhappy man. I have unwittingly ruined my country. A great industrial nation is controlled by its system of credit. Our system of credit is concentrated. The growth of the nation, therefore, and all our activities are in the hands of a few men. We have come to be one of the worst ruled, one of the most completely controlled and dominated Governments in the civilized world no longer a Government by free opinion, no longer a Government by conviction and the vote of the majority, but a Government by the opinion and duress of a small group of dominant men."

President Kennedy was assassinated on November 22, 1963 because - amongst other things - he tried to correct Woodrow's mistake by signing on June 4 1963 the Executive Order 11110 (which is still on the book and valid) that intends to return to the federal government the Constitutional power to create and issue currency - money - without going through the privately owned Federal Reserve Bank.

(more on this in a coming compilation)

If you hear more Ed on this alleged "smokescreen" plot by the elite to implement another part of their new World Order plan - or if someone else on this list has some evidence of this - please let me/us know...
